This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for canceling orders and requesting refunds for purchases made on sorra.in (the "Site") from Sorra Sparkle LLP.
1. Cancellation

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 2 days (48 hours) from the time of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

How to Cancel: To cancel, contact us at support@sorra.in with your order details. You may also use the account dashboard on the Site, if available.

Post-Shipment: Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return/refund as outlined below.
2. Refunds

Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product. Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging/tags intact.

Non-Refundable Items: Custom orders, personalized items, or items marked as non-returnable on the Site are not eligible for refunds unless defective.

Defective/Damaged Items: If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of receipt to arrange a refund or replacement. We may require photos or return of the item.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or cancellations if the request does not meet this policy’s conditions or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
